I had the opportunity to speak to with HIMSS TV about the importance of a clinician / user centric enterprise AI strategy.

👉 AI is a strategy, not a point solution. It requires a multi-disciplinary team. Involve clinicians early in the process to ensure relevance and trust. 

👉 Building clinically useful AI isn’t just about predictions—it’s about 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺. Just because you can predict, should you predict.

👉 Clinicians are excited about the potential of AI, but this is balanced against building trust. 

Clinicians need 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 in interacting with the models. Physician<>model matching is essential for building clinician buy-in and trust.

💡The future of AI in healthcare is bright. Success will be based on a human-centered strategy focused on clinical expertise and building trust.
